Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. For special international requests, please email us directly.


Estimated Delivery Times


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)



Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or severe weather.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. Then notify us at info@ellaganthaircare.com if further assistance is needed.


Lost or Damaged Packages
