Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please contact our team at ellaganthaircare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Send a photo and brief description to info@ellaganthaircare.com, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
